Publication and Presentation

Option 1: Publication in International Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Option 2: Publication in International Journal of Applied Physics and Mathematics (IJAPM) (ISSN: 2010-362X), which will be indexed by Index Copernicus, EI (INSPEC, IET), CAS, Google Scholar, EBSCO, etc.

Option 3: For those who are not willing to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit abstracts for Presentation Only.

One Best Presentation will be selected from each session, and the Best Presentation Award will be announced at the end of each session.

Paper Template

Please follow the template when preparing your paper or abstract. Papers should be with at least 8 pages, and English is the official language.
For option 1. please use Paper Template (.doc)
For option 2. please use IJAPM Template (.doc)
For option 3. please use Abstract Template (.doc)

Paper Page Limit

Paper should be limited to 5-8 pages in double columns, and extra pages will be charged.

Submission Method

Please submit your full paper/abstract to us via the Electronic Submission System or Conference Email Box.
The conference secretary will assign the Paper ID on receipt of papers within 2 working days.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
